Description As a Software Tester/QA, you will be involved in various aspects of the development process, including reviewing requirements, identifying the test scope, and assisting in the user acceptance testing phase.Responsibilities: Participate as a QA member in an agile team, contributing to project goals and objectives. Carefully review and clarify requirements to ensure clear understanding and accurate testing. Determine the Test Scope using risk-based testing to prioritize key areas for testing. Collaborate with business partners to create and execute test plans/scripts/scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Log and track defects from detection through to resolution, maintaining clear and accurate records. Provide estimates for test effort required for each phase of the project. Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, working closely with end users to ensure the system meets their needs. Facilitate testing meetings to discuss findings, summarize results, maintain metrics, and provide go/no go recommendations. Leverage your knowledge of Agile Scrum, Azure DevOps, and UiPath to enhance the testing process and improve project outcomes. Collaborate with technical and business partners to address issues and improve software quality.Requirements Proficiency in software testing tools like UAT Testing, AB Testing, and UiPath Expertise in Agile and Agile Scrum methodologies Demonstrated experience in Defect Tracking and Switching Protocols Exceptional collaboration and prioritization skills Strong written communication skills to draft clear and concise test reports Proficiency in Go programming language Ability to execute test plans and track defects effectively Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools Ability to provide accurate estimates for test efforts Experience in working with business partners to understand their requirements Knowledge of different test methods and their appropriate application Ability to review and provide metric reporting for test activities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
