Assistant Property Manager needed for a small real estate company. The ideal employee will be flexible with hours and be able to manage a mobile office. Prefer someone with property management experience, willing to train the right person. Candidate must have strong communication skills, computer skills and proficient in short-term Lodging Apps. (Airbnb, HomeAway, TripAdvisor) and the ability to coordinate many different tasks throughout the week. Quickbooks a plus but not mandatory.
This is a part-time position, 15 - 20 hours per week.
