What you'll do:
You will be working in a professional and respectful environment, coaching and guiding others in becoming a successful part of the team. Your focus will be in the housekeeping areas providing housekeeping services to all guests, resulting in an exceptional experience for them.
⢠Assist the Housekeepers and the housemen as needed.
⢠Inspect guest rooms after the housekeepers have finished cleaning to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next check-in.
⢠Respond in a timely manner to guest's requests.
⢠Compile and report accurate room status of guest rooms to the front office.
⢠Coach and mentor housekeeping staff
⢠Ability to empower team to provide excellent customer service
