General Office Manager:
Duties Will Include But Not Limited To, Answering Incoming Calls And Forwarding To Correct People, Greeting Customers, Helping Customers At The Parts Counter, Locating Parts For Service Department, Maintaining Parts Room And Desk With On Hand Inventories And Organization, Creating And Filing Of Warranty Claims, Cleaning Of Showroom And Desk, Daily Reporting And Preparing Deposit, Keeping Work Flow Organized. Must Have Experience With People And Basic Computer Skills
Service Department
J&S Repair In Zumbrota Is Also Looking For A Mechanic In The Service Department. Job Includes But Is Not Limited To: Service Work Of New And Used Farm And Construction Equipment, Mobile Service Calls, Pre Delivery Inspections Of Equipment, Some Tire Repair, Servicing Of Lawn And Garden Equipment, Building Maintenance. Applicant Must Be Willing To Obtain Tools For Job Performed. J&S Repair Offers A Startup Tool Kit If Needed.
