The Assistant Teacher is responsible for assisting with the care, supervision and management of children in accord with the goals and curriculum plan of Thrive Child Care and Family Resource Center. The principal duties of the Assistant Teacher include: conduct focused observations of children, carry out activities on a daily basis, ensure the safety and well-being of the children, maintain regular communication with parents, and contribute to the effective operation of Thrive Child Care and Family Resource Center.
