What a General Production Worker will do:
-Leather cutting, sewing, and attaching soles to shoes
-Operate and maintain equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards
-Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
-Continuously improve skills and contribute to operational efficiency
What you need to be a General Production Worker:
-Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing is preferred
-Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as a team
-Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
