Alcon Excavating, Inc. is looking to hire self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes for this upcoming season as shovelers. We have been servicing the Rochester area since 2009. Our team consists of workers with numerous backgrounds of construction and heavy equipment experience. Must be willing to work long hours. Start times are in the middle of the night or early mornings depending on timing of each storm. Crew Leader's must have a valid and clean driver's license, experience leading a crew, have exceptional eye for detail and quality, be punctual and reliable, like to be outdoors in snowy/cold weather, and able to handle the physically demanding job.

Attention to detail
Good time management
Respond promptly to calls/texts for snow/ice events
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outside in cold, snow, and icy conditions
Ability to push and lift snow
Be able to work well with others
Clear snow from designated areas and pile in approved areas.
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Operate vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
-Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one.
