Duties included but not limited to:
Greeting and checking patients in and out, Registering and Scheduling patients, Answering of phone, Maintaining and Updating patient information as necessary, Collecting patient payments, Insurance verification, and Scanning documents into computer files.
Skills Qualifications include but not limited to:
Knowledge of Softdent software (or other dental software) and / or willingness to be trained, Solid phone and verbal skills, Detail-oriented, Self-motivated, Punctual, Empathetic to patients needs, Willingness to learn and grow in position (Make the position your own), Flexible
Position is Part-time as train (20-25 hours / week) and will become Full-time in July 2025.
