Looking for a Part-time Handyman or Maintenance Tech for a privately owned 64-unit property. Must have prior and thorough experience & knowledge of general maintenance, specifically in apartments/condos (preferred). Perfect for a retired person or someone wanting a flexible 2nd job. Must be available for turns at the beginning and end of each month- no painting involved. Typical work week will be 10hrs weekly of general maintenance to include: Tenant, Building and Property needs. Must be available to respond to emergencies as needed. Must live in the Rochester area, but not required to live on site. Compensation is 10hrs weekly @ $30 per hour. In addition to general maintenance: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Appliance knowledge/experience is strongly preferred.
