Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the Property Manager with all property operations
Ensure tenant renewals are being captured (commissions paid)
Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years' experience in multifamily housing preferred but not required
Must have a Sales and Administrative Office background
Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry
software, YARDI preferred
Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay is $18 to $20/hour PLUS Up to $100.00 commission for each lease renewal and $75 for every new lease
