The AutoFinance Center is looking for a professional, friendly and upbeat full-time Collection Manager/Sales Associate. This position entails an extensive amount of customer service. Typical hours are 8:30am to 6pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30am to 3pm on Saturdays, with the ability to work outside of normal working hours on occasion. Collection or sales experience helpful but not necessary.
The ideal candidate will:

⢠Have a customer service and team oriented attitude
⢠Display an enthusiastic and energetic personality
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⢠Taking and processing applications
⢠Answering phone calls
⢠Greeting and conversing with current and potential customers
⢠Processing payments (both over the phone and in person)
⢠Placing phone calls for payment reminders, delinquent payments, and reference checks
⢠Lot and store upkeep, including lobby, offices and bathrooms
