Wine & Spirits Sales Representative – Account Relationship Manager

Who You Are

Experienced: You are confident in your skills to sell wine and spirits utilizing a strong core knowledge of those categories.

Industry-Savvy: Whether you’ve been a bartender, buyer, or ideally currently working in beverage sales, your firsthand market knowledge and insight into what works—and what doesn’t—are critical.

A Relationship Expert: You thrive on prospecting new business, identifying untapped opportunities, and turning leads into closed deals.

Market Connector: You have the skills to access bars, restaurants, and retail, leveraging your network and expertise to drive sales.

Curious & Adaptable: You’re naturally curious about new products and trends, ready to dive deep and share insights.

Self-Starter: With a strong ability to work independently, you’re poised to build a robust pipeline.

Logistically Ready: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

What You’ll Do

Leverage Your Expertise: Use your industry insights to identify and engage with high-potential leads and key accounts.

Drive Sales Growth: Match our diverse product portfolio—including wine, spirits, NA, THC, sake, and cider—to customer needs, and close sales with confidence.

Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with bars, restaurants, and retail partners, acting as both sales representative and advisor.

Innovate and Influence: Maintain a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new market opportunities, and share your perspective to shape our strategies.

Organization, Planning: Use your planning and organizational skills to plan the most effective and fruitful route, follow up in a timely and thoughtful manner.

Strategic Approach: Develop and execute sales plans that align with company goals and market trends.

Account Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and account histories to ensure strong, ongoing relationships.

Efficiency & Reporting: Utilize CRM tools and reporting systems to track sales performance, customer preferences, and market feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary plus a commission structure and incentives that reward your performance. One can expect to earn 50k-70k.
