Architecture Design & Development:
Design high-level architecture for complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Develop and document architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
Technology Stack Expertise:
Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate technology stacks (e.g., cloud, front-end, back-end, database, DevOps tools).
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.
Integration experience with Mainframe & SAP.
Technical Leadership:
Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Establish best practices for CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Ensure systems comply with regulatory standards and security guidelines.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Identify and address architectural bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in modern technology stacks such as:
Front-end: React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent.
Back-end: Node.js, Java, Python/Django, or equivalent.
Database: DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
Cloud Platforms: AWS .
DevOps: EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform.

Experience:
8+ years in software development and architecture.
Proven experience designing large-scale, distributed systems.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.
Salary Range:The on-target earnings range is $109,749 - $164,623, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance.
