We’re dedicated to making sure that every move is better than the last.About the RoleHomeSafe Alliance is seeking a Clearing/SIT Specialist to support the Operations team by providing immediate support to answer inquiries, troubleshoot application access, and networking with internal and external move partners to resolve concerns. The goal of this role is to be readily available and responsive to meet partner needs with exceptional quality and service.Responsibilities :

Reviews clearing requests manually or through use of automated system to achieve system goals (productivity, on-time performance, efficiency, etc.)

Implement a continuous improvement process culture to improve efficiencies and performance

Provide outstanding customer service to our clients by implementing and managing the clearing process on an organizational level as well as continuously optimizing the operations experience.

Oversee all portions of clearing process including direct delivery & storage in transit (SIT)

Pilot all outbound flows from warehouse to customers and make sure the communication to the customer is done proactively.

Achieve GHC HomeSafe KPIs and SDS performance metric requirements.

Define and maintain KPIs to pilot his/her activity and measure efficiency of the operations.

Daily/hourly monitoring of all system efficiencies and adjust when needed.

Update all the flows regarding the customer in SAP, from arrival to delivery.

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience :

High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1+ year relevant operations experience, with military move experience preferred.

Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Ability to learn modern technologies quickly and adapt to change.

Manage multiple priorities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage difficult customers and situations and be able to solve problems.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, patience, and empathy.

Proficient with basic computer skills.

Strong communication skills

Former Military Transportation/MilMove HHG Experience highly preferred.
