We jointly express and promote our commitment under the corporate brand THE KAITEKI COMPANY.Job PurposeTo ensure new profitable growth and dominant market share for all EPP products in defined geographic region by building and sustaining a preferred position with distribution and fabrication channels. Managing Manufacturers Agents in attaining their KPI’s. Supporting Agent efforts in the field and within Business Lines. Develop and Sustain relationship with key stakeholders at Distribution Partners.Principal Accountabilities Grow EPP sales and market share in the assigned region. Manage, Support and assist Manufacturers Agents and Territory managers in region. Initiate, monitor and manage the progress of specific marketing programs with selected customers. Develop Key Sales Strategies with Distribution Partners, working closely with Partner Regional Managers, Sales Directors, and Managers. Meet or exceed sales budget. Compliance with all reporting and communication deadlines. Hold bi -annual business reviews with key channel partners.Knowledge / Skills / ExperiencePROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFUL SOLUTION SELLING. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, Teams) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well organized with high attention to detail; excellent follow through with a sense of urgency Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Highly motivated/self starter 5 years of sales management experience or 10 years of sales experience is DESIRED Mechanical aptitude and technical competencePay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)
The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $155,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
