Job Description:
This is a 3rd party revenue cycle manangement company, so the customers they will be speaking with are patients of different healthcare providers.
They will answer general questions about a bill that was received, take payments, or perform research on bill statuses.
This is NOT a collections position, but they will speak to patients about funds owed and help them resolve accounts.
They work within Epic. Experience isn't required, but desired and can equate a higher starting pay rate.
Main Position Details:Start: 10/21Pay: $17.00. $1.00-$3.00/Hr raise once permanent based on performanceShifts Available:
Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Mon - Fri 12:00pm - 9:00pm (1 Saturday a month, 9:00am - 1:00pm)
Location: Sartell, MN. Will be remote after 3 monthsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
Customer service is the number one qualification.
Call center experience is desired, but they have had success with retail people as well.
Must be comfortable with technology/computers.
They work in multiple systems on dual monitors, so they must be able to type/talk/listen/navigate all at once.
EPIC experience is definitely a plus
This position will be measured on 3 basic things:
Schedule adherence/attendance
Quality (QA scores)
Calls per hour
