The Financial Advisor's role is to help members by assessing their financial goals, needs and objectives while providing them with exceptional personalized service as it relates to investment products. The Investment Services group offers Wings Credit Union members the opportunity to build comprehensive financial plans as well as purchase noninsured, investment products to assist members in meeting their financial goals.
Essential FunctionsGrow a sustainable financial practice:Provide sales support for Sr. Financial Advisors.Gain necessary skills to gather Member investment deposits and grow GDC.Member Service - Member meetings:Meet with clients to assess financial goals, run comprehensive financial plans, complete investment applications, and address any investment needs of Member clients.Maintain customer records:Maintain compliant and complete documentation on potential and existing customers.Wings employee trainings:Assist with training Wings employees on various investment services products and build a culture of collaboration between retail delivery and investment services.Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
