Ensures that all maintenance activities are being completed within the scheduled time.
Ensures that maintenance materials and spare parts are properly inventoried and available.
Prioritizes and coordinates maintenance activities between maintenance and production team.
Supports maintenance supervisor to complete activities with a minimum impact on the process operation.
Assists production and technical team to establish preventive maintenance plan and follow-up.
Operates the SAP system to ensure that work orders are processed and completed as scheduled.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proactive engagement with ongoing projects of Shakopee, MN office
Self-starter experience in office settings/phones/interaction with customers as well as
Excellent writing skills
Scheduling and planning experience
High proficiency in the English language
Structured and organized and able to multitask
Reliability and conscientiousness
Time management and planning skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical/electrical background
SAP experience
Salesforce experience
