Description Applications Architect. This role is in the technology industry and will involve working with cloud technologies and SAP modules. The successful candidate will be required to work both independently and as part of a team, balancing procurement processes with SAP configurations.Responsibilities: Understand and apply direct procurement activities within the role. Configure SAP PTP processes, such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification. Develop a deep understanding of SAP modules, particularly Material Management (MM) and its integration with other modules like Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (EWM). Set up, configure, and maintain Plants, Business Partners (Vendors & Carriers) within SAP. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking guidance when necessary. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with key stakeholders and end users. Leverage any experience with TMS, whether SAP or Oracle. Utilize knowledge in cloud technologies and Agile Scrum methodologies. Apply skills in SAP Configuration, SAP MM - Materials Management, SAP Financials, SAP SD Sales & Distribution, SAP EWM, and SAP Transportation Management.Requirements Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Applications Architect or similar role Proven experience with cloud technologies Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodology Proficiency in SAP Configuration Familiarity with various SAP Modules Experience with SAP MM - Materials Management Ability to work with SAP Financials Previous experience with SAP SD Sales & Distribution is required Expertise in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Experience with SAP Transportation Management is a plus Excellent communication and team collaboration skillsTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
