Sundbys Trailer Sales seeks a Parts / Asst. Service Manager.
We need an experienced manager to work with our service team and provide an excellent customer service experience.
The Parts / Asst. Service Manager will keep the Parts Department running smoothly and efficiently by managing inventory, providing effective direction, controlling costs, and by maintaining and increasing parts sales.

Reporting / Compliance
Helping to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Experienced Parts / Asst. Service Manager Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the internet and vendor websites for order placement, cataloging and general product knowledge
Knowledge of Trailer systems
Experience with Bit Dealership Software preferred
Clean background check, Valid Drivers license
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to provide excellent customer service and understanding that it is a priority
Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and in a non-confrontational manner.
Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team.
High School graduate or equivalent
