Current opening for the right candidate! Looking for an Architectural Drafter (Residential) to be part of our team at Distinctive Drafting and Design. Our company was founded over 9 years ago and has experienced continued growth since day one.
This job would allow you to work with a wide range of customers on projects ranging from custom renovations, new construction, home additions and even certified green homes. We will offer a flexible schedule during your initial training period.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 2 year technical degree or equivalent work experience in Architectural Design.
Experience using Softplan is a plus, but not required.
Must have knowledge of design concepts and current residential construction codes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently can be expected.
Computer Knowledge-Excel, Word, Typing, Emails, etc. Experience preferred, but not required.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be based on experience and education.
Part time hours with the possibility of full time.
