Job Summary:
The Customer Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing schedules, facilitating communication with customers, setting appointments and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
Expected Hours: Monday-Friday 5:30pm-8:30pm in Office. Holidays Off
Key Responsibilities:
-Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and events for team members and clients.
-Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for appointment inquires, responding to calls, and messages promptly and professionally.
-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
-Follow-up: Ensure follow-up communication with clients regarding their appointments and any necessary documentation.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to streamline scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency.
-Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
Part-Time Starting at $25 per hour plus Bonuses
Qualifications:
Experience with phone-based customer relations.
1 Year Out-bound phone experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
