We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to provide commercial cleaning services for an orthodontist's office in St. Cloud, MN.
Job Details:
- Location: St. Cloud, MN
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, after 4:00 PM
- Compensation: Flat rate of $700 to $800/month
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning floors, bathrooms, and office areas
- Emptying trash and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintaining a professional and hygienic environment suitable for a medical office
Requirements:
- Must bring own cleaning supplies & equipment
- Prior commercial or medical office cleaning experience preferred (will train reliable candidates)
- Background check required
- Liability insurance preferred
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
