Perform complex set up and operate mill, lathe and/or router to machine flat and formed parts to inch and metric
specifications
o Read and interpret engineering drawings
o Measure and verify dimensions using inspection tooling
o Perform deburring of parts
o Maintain logs and other necessary documents
o Complete routing and process planning as necessary
o Design or assist in the design of tooling and fixtures
o Set up CNC machine loading programs, tools, fixtures and setting tool offsets
o Act as a technical resource
o Perform 1st Article of Inspection
o May oversee the work of others
o Work independently with minimal supervisio
