Responsibilities include:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to identify and implement effective solutions promptly.
Conduct repairs and installations of electrical components and fixtures as needed.
Regularly inspect electrical systems and components to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to address electrical and mechanical issues.
You will need:
Technical degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues (Electrical & Mechanical).
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated pattern of positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication.
Minnesota Fresh offers a competitive wage and benefits. One shift, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as necessary.
