Seeking applicants for an opening on our Elk River team, starting mid May 2019! We are a manufacturing and design company that provide products to retail oriented customers. As we have been expanding in the previous years, we seek to add a new team member who can help expand our depth in a few key areas relating to scheduling, coordinating production, and logistics. This position works with our vendors to ensure that orders are being completed with milestones being met, and coordinates with our warehouse staff to help identify parts needing to ship on current orders. This role will work with our inside project coordinators and management staff to help establish and track project schedules, as well as interacting with customers to help align installation dates needed for current and upcoming projects. As needed, this position will help with administering shipping, including scheduling shipments with our carriers (UPS and Truck Freight), and follow up on shipping status.
Skills / Qualities Desired in a Candidate:
Strong organizational skillset for helping to sort information for multiple ongoing projects.
Team oriented
Courteous and professional communication stills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word required.
A background in shipping or manufacturing production is a big plus, though not required.
