We need someone who can be the friendly face and helping hand for our residents, while also taking care of light maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways and laundry rooms
-Assist in showing and renting units to prospective tenants
-Perform light maintenance tasks
-Coordinate with the RightMove team or third-party vendors for more significant maintenance and repairs
-Act as the on-site contact for residents, addressing their needs and concerns
-Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring apartments are ready for new tenants
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks; significant maintenance experience is a huge plus
-Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
-Previous caretaking or property management experience is beneficial
-Must reside on the property
Compensation:
This part-time position offers compensation in the form of a rent credit for your apartment within the community. The amount of compensation will depend on the skills and qualifications of the applicant.
