THE ROLE
We are seeking both a Full-Time and Part-Time Pharmacist to lead the dispensation of cannabis products and provide exceptional care to medical patients. In this role, you will serve as the onsite medical authority, ensuring patients receive the correct dosages, along with education and counseling. You will act as a trusted advisor, performing drug utilization reviews and making recommendations based on appropriateness of therapy, dosage, route, duration, and potential contraindications. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about alternative medicine and driven to improve patient outcomes.
This role is onsite in St Cloud, MN. There are both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Be onsite during all scheduled shifts to oversee the dispensation of cannabis products.
Assess patient certifications to monitor restrictions and guide patients toward the most effective treatment options.
Drive patient education by explaining the properties, benefits, and proper usage of cannabis products.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and federal laws.
Collaborate with the dispensary team to communicate any product restrictions or limitations for individual patients.
Provide accurate and timely medication information to patients in person and over the phone.
Stay current on research and developments related to cannabis and its medical applications.
Assist with dispensary operations as needed, including accepting product deliveries, inventory management, employee training, fulfilling online orders, and completing patient transactions.

WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED
Active, valid pharmacist license in the state of operations (MN)
1+ years of relevant pharmacy experience with a patient- and customer-focused approach.
Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and their interactions with the human body.
Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and familiarity with inventory management processes.
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to meet scheduling and availability requirements.

Must pass all required background checks.
Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Must meet state licensing or badging requirements to work in the cannabis industry.
Must be and remain compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
