Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will ensure shelves and storage areas are fully stocked, organized, and maintained to company standards. Your work directly supports smooth daily operations and creates a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Accurately stock shelves, bins, and storage areas in alignment with company standards.
Tracking & Recordkeeping: Use RF scanners to monitor inventory movement, perform stock counts, and update records efficiently.
Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload shipments safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling techniques while following all safety protocols.
Merchandising Support: Organize products attractively and maintain visual and presentation standards across the store.
Collaboration: Partner with team members across departments to maintain inventory accuracy and meet restocking needs.
Customer Support: Assist retail associates with product replenishment and, when needed, support cashiering during peak hours.
Maintenance: Keep storage and backroom areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or retail stocking role preferred.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners.
Forklift and pallet jack operation experience is a plus.
Background in grocery store or produce stocking is beneficial.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
Basic retail math skills for stock counting and product pricing.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
