Diesel Mechanic - Custom Transfer
Location: Long Prairie, MN
Pay: $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Overview:
Custom Transfer is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. If you have experience with diesel engines, vehicle systems, and a passion for diagnosing and repairing trucks and trailers, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair issues on trucks, trailers, and equipment.
Perform vehicle inspections, focusing on suspensions, steering, exhausts, and other systems.
Repair or replace transmissions, brakes, engines, and related parts.
Complete routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire balancing, and brake checks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Manage multiple tasks throughout the day as required.
Communicate effectively with the team and work both independently or as part of a group.
Uphold a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
DOT certification or the ability to obtain it.
Strong knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms.
Sound problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
