This position is responsible for assisting with the coordination and operation of the Grab and Go lines. This role is responsible for the production of the products on the different GNG lines on a daily basis to ensure the company is producing the highest quality product in the correct quantity in an efficient manner.
Starting pay is $18.90 up to $21.95 an hour
Located 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul
Mon - Fri; some Saturdays
6:30AM - Production Completion; must be able to work up to 12 hours
salary: $18.9 - $21.95 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6:30 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Effectively perform all positions in the Grab and Go department as needed. Setup the line based up the spec sheet for ingredient placement in a quick manner. Breakdown the line and put away ingredients in the correct place. Ensure all ingredients meet BIX standards for expiration and quality. Train food assembly associates to produce goods to product specification. Provide food assembly associates the proper tools to use. Ensure product specifications are strictly followed and bring attention to leadership with any deviations. Maintain communication with team leads and area leads every day. Bring up concerns or questions on ingredient and finished good quality and shortages. Train food assembly associates on proper food handling and ingredient placement. Follow proper procedures for WIP (Work in Process) carts throughout the shift. Use scales to weigh products and record weights. Follow allergen, GMP and other safety policies and procedures. Complete all assigned paperwork daily. Monitor finished product for quality, specified ingredients being used, and standard weights. Ensure finished product and raw materials are properly labeled, stored and dated. Ensure food safety compliance as it relates to the position. All other duties as assigned.The essential functions of this role include:
