You'll be the hero keeping our production lines running smoothly, and we'll show our appreciation with a competitive hourly rate ($31.50 - $40.78)!Here's what you'll be doing:
Keeping our equipment running like a champ (think lubrication, calibration, and repairs)
Using your troubleshooting skills to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Working safely and collaboratively with the team
What you bring to the table:
MN Special Engineer Boiler License (or higher) is a must
At least 5 years of maintenance experience, with 1 year at the same company preferred
strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level
Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations
Accurately use measurement and test equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks
Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork
Work independently as well as part of a team
Follow all safety rules and practices
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisior
The essential functions of this role include:
