Office Assistant Schedule: Monday- Friday 3 hours of Office admin time; 1 hour of cleaning. Preferably morning or early afternoon hours. (20hours per week) In this position you would be responsible for:
Assisting with filing in employee files.
General upkeep of the main office, such as ensuring supplies are adequate for bathrooms and kitchen, coordinating maintenance and supplies for the copier as well as general office supplies, and light cleaning.
Answering phone calls.
Answering front door and assisting visitors.
Cleaning the clubhouse daily.
Maintaining satisfactory attendance to work shifts, staff meetings and other assigned organization functions.
Maintaining confidentiality of all human resources information including but not limited to performance management notices, employee pay, and any information regarding an employee or their employment at PTC.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Dependable and reliable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think creatively.
Operate and navigate a computer (laptop, tablets, etc.) and use Microsoft Office software.
Pass a criminal/registry background check.
Ability to pass and maintain required trainings.
Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance and a satisfactory driving record.
