We also offer a 401(k) Plan. Job Summary: The Quality Administration/Technician is responsible for maintaining branch ISO documents along with all training documents for all employees. Additional responsibilities include investigating all quality claims related to packaging, material specification, gage calibration and non-conformities both internally and externally. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Ensure all ISO related documents and employee training files are maintained with updated revisions and required certifications.

Identify opportunities to improve the quality of processes and standards.

Complete all required PPAPS as requested by customers.

Investigate all (internal/ external) quality related issues arising at a branch level and handles customer concerns/corrective actions.

Audit incoming inspection and outgoing orders periodically.

Manage/Quarantine material as necessary.

Responsible for calibration of measurement, equipment logs for branch and ensure tools are properly certified.

Support ISO Internal Audit for plant processes to ensure internal procedures are being followed.

Maintain production Work Instructions, logs and any controlled documents.

Requirements:

A high school diploma is required with over 2+ years of relevant experience. Some college/Technical education is preferred.

Ability to read blueprints, use measurement tools such as Caliper, Tape & Micrometer.

Basic math skills to understand and inspect parts.

Previous experience in calibration is preferred.

This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be able to multi-task.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
