job detailsWe are seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in New Brighton, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving processes, as well as performing various other tasks to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a forklift, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40lbs. You may assist in production/warehouse needs such as racking or prepping parts for production. Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or shipping manifests.
Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and selecting appropriate shipping methods.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift or other equipment.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts.
Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing stock.
Perform data entry tasks to enter new products into our inventory system (training will be provided).
Assist in racking parts to prepare them for paint or plating processes.
Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized.
