As a Packaging Lead Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging Team. Assist the Team Supervisor and Sr. Lead Operator in achieving scheduled packaging volumes and goals.
Ensure adherence to plant SOPs, GMPs, and safety requirements while maintaining high product quality.
Perform changeover and cleaning procedures on all packaging equipment.
Complete periodic checks of associated operator paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Lead by example and assist in training new operators on the packaging line.
What's Needed?
Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and resolve issues effectively.
Knowledge of packaging line flow and ability to identify deficiencies during operations.
Certification to operate a forklift.
Strong communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
Commitment to adhering to GMPs and SOPs at all times.
