In this role, you will foster close business partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. You will develop and retain recruiters, designing and administering recruitment strategies and implementing plans to develop talent acquisition capabilities in identifying complex technical skills, assessing technical candidate suitability and managing the recruitment process so as to ensure the success and growth of the team.Key Accountabilities

Research diverse, innovative, efficient and cost-effective open job placements, leading the team to develop proactive talent pipelines of experienced technical professionals suitable for Cargill and the key talent segments for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with Digital Technology and Data management to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, source, and hire top-tier digital technology and data professionals at all levels.

Collaborate with Total Reward to prepare salary offer recommendations, ensuring market relevance in offers and monitor trends.

Research candidates, run workforce demands and develop a variety of recruitment channels and techniques, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to attract passive candidates and proactively develop strong talent pipelines for key geographies and talent segments.

Oversee the team on candidate screening and assessment to evaluate their technical skills and overall suitability for specific roles within the business.

Lead applicant tracking systems and build reports and metrics analysis, guiding the team to maintain appropriate documentation of all activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices, processes, policies, and applicable laws.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process and educate team on industry trends, market insights, and best practices within the technical recruitment industry.

Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology recruitment, preferably in a senior role. Experience within a large global organization forming strong business partnerships advantageous.

Proven track record of successfully hiring technology professionals across various levels and disciplines.

Strong understanding of technology roles, skills and market trends.

Adept with measuring, elevating, and monitoring performance according to KPIs/ metrics on a regular basis.

Excellent builder of relationships and have a knack for influencing without authority.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, accountability and ability to build trust across all relationships.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

Ability to generate leads and create activity, even with the most passive of candidates.

Ability to work autonomously in addition to working collaboratively with a team.

Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
