Kelly Science is seeking an R&D Chemist to join one of our partners for an exciting Direct-Hire (Permanent) role in the Twin Cities area.JOB DETAILS
Job Type: Full time, on-site, direct-hire (perm)
Location: St. Paul, MN
Pay Rate:
Chemist I (1-3 years experience): $29-31 per hour ($60-$65k/year)
Chemist II (4-6 years experience): $32-35/hour ($67k-$73k/year)
DUTIES: Support revenue growth, enhance lab capabilities, and ensure compliance for designated products through analytical assistance. Execute feasibility work, analysis, validation, and development within timelines, adhering to QbD standards and regulatory requirements. Provide analytical support for KPIs, scale-up activities, and dosage form development. Develop and review technical documents, conduct bench work (HPLC, GC, dissolution), and ensure regulatory compliance.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years in cGMP or cGLP lab environment. Familiarity with HPLC, chromatographic software (Empower 3), and strong analytical and communication skills. Scientific and technical abilities, critical thinking, and knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, USP, and regulatory requirements. Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.SKILLS 2-3 years in FDA drug/pharmaceutical industry. Expertise in analytical method development, dosage forms, and drug delivery systems. Proficient in statistical data analysis and QbD principles.
