Kelly Science is seeking a Third Shift Production Supervisor f or an exciting direct-hire (permanent) position with one of our partners in the Twin Cities area.JOB SUMMARYThe Production Supervisor Is a key leader overseeing a team in the manufacturing department. Responsible for ensuring GMP regulated product production meets safety, quality, and efficiency goals. The role involves day-to-day management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and active participation in quality programs.JOB DETAILS

Job Type: Direct-Hire (permanent), on-site in West St. Paul

Schedule: full-time, third shift

Pay Rate: $30-35/hour, depending on relevant experience

DUTIES

Lead the production team to meet safety, quality, and production targets.

Manage resources for efficient batch manufacturing.

Actively participate in safety and quality programs.

Communicate shift information and LTS policies to staff.

Resolve conflicts and contribute to employee development.

Collect and analyze production data for performance review.

Collaborate with support departments for seamless operations.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

HS Diploma or equivalent is required (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred).

5+ years in cGMP manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical devices.

2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred.
