DescriptionPOSITION: 2ND SHIFT PAYROLL COORDINATORHOURS:
3:30 PM to 12:30 AM, flexible as required
Saturday as required or needed
Ability to work different shifts and schedules as needed
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work with all aspects of Payroll including verifying employee time, payroll deductions, vacation, reports, etc.
Work closely with supervisors and union
Maintains records as required
Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
General office procedures including handling phone calls, data entry, and filing
Employee service
HR related duties
Other duties as needed or required
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Self-Starter, Problem Solver, Team Player
Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
10-key and computer skills required
Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
Good attendance record
Excellent with math
Bilingual Preferred
