Managers are the lifeblood of our business and have end-to-end responsibility for operating our upscale high-volume boutique! You will be in charge of pretty much everything from guest relations to merchandise display, and most importantly, leading our team to meet and exceed our ambitious sales goals!
We are all about providing exceptional guest service and WOW'ing our guests at every turn, so you must absolutely embody this mentality!
Management experience in general retail is required. However, adult retail experience is not. Most importantly, we ONLY want friendly, outgoing, FUN people! You must be the right “personality fit” to succeed in this position!
