Title:MedSSI: Administrative AssistantBelong, Connect, Grow with KBR!PROGRAM SUMMARY:The Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) works in support of the Department of State to provide medical support services. The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering, but are mainly administrative in nature.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager.

Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Under fairly close supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures.

Supports general business operations by providing simply administrative support activities.

Basic oral and written communication skills are required. The skills acquired for this job are typically acquired through a high school diploma and 2+ years of experience.

Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.

Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently

Candidates must also meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements.

Must currently possess or be able to obtain prior to being hired as is required for this position a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance and/or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT). Must maintain eligibility at the required clearance or certification level for the duration of the task order.
