Link Solutions is seeking a Telecommunications Infrastructure Support Lead to join our team in support of the US Army's Network Enterprise Center at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.  Must be a US CitizenSecret Clearance requiredNon-remote (relocation incentive available)We are seeking a Telecommunications Infrastructure Support Lead who is BICSI RCDD certified to assist our government client in operating and maintaining the information and infrastructure systems at Fort Leonard Wood and all associated remote sites. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.Job Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations. Oversee an experienced team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure. Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement. Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations. Provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with technical support, cyber security, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications. Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies. Provide planning, quality assurance, and control support (QA/QC). Ensure assigned tickets are addressed with our government client. Serve as POC for the RNEC to coordinate and schedule exercise support. Lead a team of technicians to install, operate, and maintain the copper, fiber, and coaxial infrastructure. Design and document new and/or updated inside and outside plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, and fiber optics. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
