Job DescriptionMajor Duties and Responsibilities:- Account Receivable Management- Update collection notes on ALL invoices over 15 days- Hold weekly Finance Meetings- Enter accurate daily deposits and wire transfers- Assist of journal entry for all accounting topics and prepare draft various reports- Assist of general ledger reconciliation for account- Provide branch with consistent formatting on all materials that leave the branch- Mail invoices and update system daily- Take up additional tasks as required to meet the department's needs
