Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Level Flight Scheduler to implement training efforts for the F-15QA at Al-Udeid AB, Qatar.The selected individuals will contribute to the operation of the F-15QA FTU effort and act as the primary scheduler for ground and flight training events in accordance with formal syllabus objectives. This role will focus on scheduling F-15QA academics, simulator, flight operations and ancillary ground training on a US Government foreign military sales contract.This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar for a minimum of 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.The incumbent will work at remote location in U.S. until international assignment contingencies are met. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.Position Responsibilities:

Coordinates formal training schedules with Aircrew Training Manager Manager and/or designated representatives.

Allocates qualified flight crew, monitors flight schedule changes and notifies flight crew.

Coordinates customer aircraft schedules and site visits. Tracks and monitors crew qualifications as defined by regulatory, contractual or test defined requirements.

Plans, attends/facilitates meetings to communicate preflight requirements. Acquires validation of special licenses for flight crew.

Coordinates with contracts personnel for point-of-contact in regulatory authority to send flight times, medical, licenses and forms.

Schedules crew members for recurrent training.

Works under minimal supervision

May be asked to support other programs or perform other duties as needed.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Associate’s degree or higher.

3+ years' experience with flight operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally.

Ability to work rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience with Fighter (F-15, F16, F-22, etc) flight scheduling.

3+ years' experience with military flight scheduling.

Previous operations/training experience with foreign military customers.

Understanding of aviation regulatory requirements.

Understanding of quality management systems.
