Start your journey.The Assistant Site Administrator supports the Site Administrators and Senior Site Administrators with their development and customization of all online booking systems functions and features for online travel, accessing the custom subsite, navigating the custom subsite, completing a reservation (air, hotel and car) using the custom subsite, placing a complete record (PNR) on the agency’s GDS (Global Distribution System) queue for finishing and ticketing, assisting with support tickets, and creating and maintaining client training and custom site documents.What You'll Do:

Assists the Project Leads with the development of customized subsites for each client

Works with the Site Administrators project plan detailing all information pertinent to the customization of the client subsite (list of profiled users, checklist of customization options available, company branding, policy information, preferred hotels list, etc.)

Attends internal and external client customization discussions during the implementation process, takes notes on those discussions, and provides the details to the Project Lead prior to sending the recap email to the meeting attendees.

Assists Site Administrators with Site Review preparation and testing prior to the customer review of their customized site.

Assists Site Administrators with the cleansing and normalization of profile data for the list of users.

Creates and maintains the online services client site database documents

Assists with managing and maintains customized client subsites

Provides assistance and feedback to Site Administrators regarding functionality requests from users, site behavior issues, design requests or updates from internal departments, support ticket requests, etc.

Assists Site Administrators with administering and maintaining all custom databases and site related documents.

Assists Site Administrators with their Level 2 technical support duties which includes aiding designated Trainers, Operations, Account Management, Sales and any other teams involved in promoting/supporting the system.

What We're Looking For:

Working knowledge of Concur Travel preferred

Experience with Deem, GetThere, and Neo is desirable

3+ years’ experience with Sabre preferred

Advanced knowledge of MS Office products

Demonstrates professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

LocationUnited StatesThe US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
