Salary is negotiable depending upon relevant experience.About The RoleSummary:This position reports into an Audit Manager that is responsible for executing on the audit plan covering Glacier's Finance/Treasury risks. This individual will take a lead role and will be responsible for the completion and execution of Finance/Treasury audits with limited oversight and management. This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The midpoint for this position is $91,826.84 + / per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Duties: Participates as a lead team member on scheduled audits, executing audits from start to finish with limited direction from the Audit Manager. Tracks and validates issues to ensure they are appropriately addressed. Participates in Continuous Monitoring activities over the Finance/Treasury function and/or division. Prepares draft written audit reports for review and approval by the Audit Manager. Conducts and documents detailed process walkthroughs with management, including identification of process risks and controls. Documents clear audit workpapers that articulate purpose, scope, procedure, and conclusions of test work performed. Identifies control gaps or control deficiencies and assesses the impact to Glacier. With support from the Audit Manager, presents audit results to internal audit leadership as well as business management. Maintains internal audit competency through ongoing professional development. Maintains understanding of current and emerging risks within the Finance/Treasury area. Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
