Volt is immediately hiring multiple Customer Service Data Analyst - Auto Industry for an immediate opportunity with a top auto maker in Fountain Valley, CA. As a Customer Service Data Analyst you will: Work with management to develop and implement standards and procedures to enhance overall dealer sales and service operations processes to improve dealership performance and raise dealers who are performing at sub-standard levels through process and product initiatives. Develop tracking tools to gauge process improvement and internal department/division and dealer/regional standing versus objective. Support the Sr. Manager, Retail & Customer Feedback, as a SME for the Retail Experience Survey Interference Program and the unusual activity report. Investigate, discuss, and document discussions surrounding survey interference and unusual activity. Act as clearinghouse for many processes, region lists, and signed forms. Support management with the retail-facing customer feedback programs including collaborating and training field representatives in specific areas of the Retail Experience Survey Program. Support management to report on the Retail Experience Survey Interference Program. Responsible for contact report documentation, maintaining support documentation, and improving the current process of programs. Follow process steps for the survey interference program and enhance unusual activity report understanding with field representatives. Leverage AdobeSign for Dealer interference strike letters. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8am -5pm working hybrid -3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Positions are temp for 6 months and offer the foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our talent.The ideal candidate will have: Three years of experience in a similar field preferred Prior experience at an automotive dealership and/or OEM is preferred Experience in customer service and process improvement preferred Knowledge of automotive dealer terminology helpful (e.g., ROs, RDRs, Customer Pay, Warranty, DMS) Completed Bachelors degree Pay Rate: $28-33/hr Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! The Patient Service Technician assures that patients get the appropriate therapeutic menu to make choices for their meals and assesses the patients ability to complete room service orders, when the patient is unable to call in their own meal choices the representative prepares menu selections using their communication skills and therapeutic diet knowledge to provide patient with nutritious meal considering the patient’s preferance and limitations. This position is responsible for communicating to the patient and family members the patients room service menu options and limitations as well as advertising the room service guest tray program. The Patient Service Technician does do some food preparation by preparing nourishments for the patients requiring those items. Must use food safety knowledge and efficient work habits to efficiently serve meals and pick up meals from patients. Position inventories and stocks unit pantries to designated levels and records the amounts stocked.
