We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven HR Business Partner (HR Generalist) to join our HR Flex team, providing HR leadership and support to a variety of talent and business initiatives, projects, and daily operations. On a just-in-time basis, the HR Flex team deploys resources to critical, time sensitive business needs requiring HR support. The HR Flex team augments existing HR resources and teams to support HR focused initiatives with both operations and Centers of Excellence (COE) teams. The position may be remote or work in a hybrid schedule based out of our Inver Grove Heights, MN headquarters.Your ProfileThis is a great role for someone who thrives on variety and working with a consultant mentality. You must have strong project management, organizational, relationship building, and technology skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.Responsibilities

Lead and/or participate in a variety of talent and business initiatives, projects, and daily operations to include but not limited to work in the following areas: Organizational Transformation, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.

Provide leadership or support to various projects, initiatives and teams using a variety of technical applications.

Provide HR leadership for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Organize work related to assigned initiatives, meet deliverables, communicate effectively with team members and leaders, and elevate key risks.

Apply analytical skills to collect and synthesize data, tell the story, and formulate recommendations based on data trends and insights.

Create PowerPoints and leverage Excel and other reporting to support projects/initiatives.

Lead and/or participate in the development of programs, processes, and procedures.

Build and maintain solid relationships, working effectively with leaders, peers, and employees.

Provide interim human resources business partner support to divisions or functional areas. Partner with managers, employees, and colleagues to facilitate effective HR support to the business in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HRIS and payroll.

Promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

High School diploma or GED

2+ years of experience as an HR business partner (HR generalist)

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience including Compensation and M&A experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Strong consultation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills

Demonstrated ability to lead/support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
