Job DescriptionPlans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.Career Level - IC3ResponsibilitiesMeets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing behavioral health programs and initiatives aimed at reducing reliance on physical health systems, state hospitals, and local law enforcement. This role manages key programs that focus on diverting individuals from crisis situations and enhancing system-level support.
